The titles to the Projects are held by holding company, Apurimac Ferrum S.A (AF).  The other Peruvian JV partners with an interest in this holding company are Minera los Andes y el Pacifico S.A (MAPSA) (MAPSA’s interest is held indirectly through Iron Associates Corporation) and D&C Group.  

Strike Resources holds a total economic interest of 68.15% in AF, being 51% held directly and 17.15% indirectly through Iron Associates Corporation.
