The titles to the Projects are held by Peruvian company, Apurimac Ferrum S.A (AF). 

Strike Resources holds a direct 43.98% interest in AF, with an ability to move to 100% - refer to ASX market announcement 27 July 2009 Positive Settlement of Disputes in Peru for further details.

The other Peruvian JV partners with an interest in AF are Iron Associates Corporation (Panama) and D&C Group SAC (Peru).
