Eng. Federico Schwalb - General Manager
Mr Schwalb is a highly experienced mine engineer who has held senior positions as General Manager of Latin America’s leading gold producer, Yanacocha Mine in Peru, and Operations Manager at Batu Hijau Mine in Indonesia, both operated by Newmont Mining.  Most recently he served as General Manager for CVRD’s Bayovar phosphates project in Peru. 

Luis Gonzalez - Financial and Administration Manager
Mr Gonzalez is an Accountant and Lawyer who worked for 13 years in two firms, Deloitte and PricewaterhouseCoopers, in a variety of industries including electricity, mining, entertainment, non-profit organisations and Governmental institutions.  Mr Gonzalez has experience with International Financial Reporting Standards - IFRS, International Accounting Standards - IAS and US GAAP.  His area of expertise is also in Corporate Finance and Due Diligence matters dealing with Investment Banks such as JP Morgan, Bankers Trust and IFC. 

M.S. Miguel Castañeda - Community Relations Manager
Mr Castañeda has more than 8 years of experience in community and institutional relations, and has held senior roles with major Peruvian miners Antamina and then Southern Copper, where he was Community Relations Superintendent.  

Eng. Peter Orams - Environmental Manager
Mr Orams has more than 20 years of experience in managing environmental and social issues. In 1993 he joined Yanacocha Mine operated by Newmont Mining where he held managerial roles in environmental, community and special projects. 

Eng. Gustavo Canizales - Administration Manager
Mr Canizales is a Chemical Engineer with a minor in metallurgy who worked in Mexico and Peru for more than 9 years with ALS Chemex, a world leading geochemical analytical lab, where he has held positions as Quality Assurance/Quality Control auditor, client services manager and business development manager.
